I was treated extremely rude by the manager of the Brooklyn Store. She tells me the only way to get an appointment is going through the internet. Problem is, the internet web site has been down for almost two days, When I select to make an appointment it always sends me back to a page with a google map and a dialog box asking for my zip code. this has happened about 25 times today (6/2) HELP John Irvin 612-710-3619 irvinj@comcast.net
